Anyways, whew! Another week has absolutely flown by. It's crazy how quickly weeks go. Remember when you were in school and you were like, "Blerg. Will this week ever end!?"
Well now I'm like, "Wait, it's June?"
For fun this week, we're going to do this with a French flair.
For anyone who is looking to start a blog, or wants to improve their already existing blog, this is the book for you. It's basically like the bloggers bible. In it Joy takes you through setting up your blog, monetizing your blog, blogging etiquette, and includes tons of interviews from fellow uber-famous bloggers like, Grace Bonny from Design*Sponge and Emily Schuman from Cupcakes and Cashmere. I'm about half way through the book and already know that I'm going to read it again, and this time with a foie de papier (piece of paper in french...see? French flair....) and a pen.

This app is so great and addicting. Especially for the fashion forward. Essentially, you participate in style challenges in which you have certain perimeters that you have to style around. For example, last night, I participated in a style challenge that required me to only use Winter 2013 items, Kara Ross black jewelry and one other one that I can't remember. Then you submit your styled look (including hair and makeup) and the other users vote on your looks. You're actually using real items, which is fab cause if you create a look that you like, you can actually purchase the items. PS, a few months ago, I'm pretty sure I voted on a look created by Lauren Conrad. Not saying, just saying, that's pretty cool.
This shampoo is so great. Cooper (my amazing dog) tends to have pretty dry skin so whenever I start see some flakes or he starts scratching a lot, I know it's bath time. After using this, Cooper is not itchy, his skin is moisturized, and it leaves his coat with a beautiful sheen. On a side note, I highly recommend basically any Martha Stewart PET product. I think she just does a great job.
I received a sample of this in my Birchbox a long while ago and when I went golfing this weekend I finally decided to give it a try. I was pretty impressed. Not only was the tint a good tint for me, but it was also a matte and a sunscreen. I really liked it and will be adding it to my outdoor-sport skincare regime (look for a blog post on that shortly).

The Cabin in Minnesota
The struggle is real. I'm horribly homesick right now, and basically everyone I know was at their cabin's over Memorial Day weekend while I was having fun, but sitting in Southern California twiddling my thumbs, thinking about having fun around a bonfire and being out on the lake. Wah, wahhhh. Anyways, our family cabin will always be a fun place for me to think back on and remember all the good times we had. If you're wondering what's going on in the picture above, that's Champ (the wonder dog) learning how to fly :-).
