Friday Faves/H54F No. 11

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great couple of weeks! I'm back from vacation and ready to get to this.

Let's do this...

Show 'Em What You're Made Of by Backstreet Boys

Who remembers the Backstreet Boys!? Raises hand. I've basically always back Team Backstreet Boys and never really stopped. Anyways, this song was on their 2013 release "In a World Like This". Yes, it's taken me this long to really listen to it, because while I consider myself a fan, I don't listen to BSB every day of the year, only on those special nostalgic days. You know what I'm talking about.

Take You High by Kelly Clarkson

This song is a little newer. And yes, I did do a fair amount of listening to music on the plane, which is why you're seeing a lot of new favorite songs....Anyways, when this song first started I was like, meh, it's ok and then it got to the chorus and I just about died. Kelly Clarkson you are one amazing lady.

Black Dagger Brotherhood Series by JR Ward

Ladies...whew. Let me tell you. If you want to read a book about vampires, put Twilight down and pick up this series. Yowza! I've been reading this series since forever, and I absolutely love it. I'm about to begin re-reading them and I'm really excited to rediscover each character. I will say these are definitely "Rated R" but they are really some of the best, most entertaining books, I've ever read.

Over the past week, I've really been missing my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish kit. I didn't bring it on vacation and now I have tons of little breakout spots to thank for it. Love that it cleanses and polishes and removes the heck out of your makeup. Hands down, favorite cleanser to date.

While I was on vacation, I did a fair amount of antiquing. Which is definitely not something I normally do, but when you're bored, you're willing to expand your horizons. I was pleasantly surprised by some of my finds. I got a vintage tackle box, a very nice crystal decanter, and a few other pieces that were really nice. So, let this be a lesson to you, if you're bored, head into an antiques store. You never know what you'll find.

Thanks for joining me today! What are some of your favorites from this week? Leave a comment below to discuss!
