A few weeks ago I posted my favorite beauty products for 2015 (here) and I think it's equally important to talk about the things that I didn't like. I went through my beauty drawer and only grabbed the things I was truly 100% disappointed with. Remember, these are just my opinions, and I know for sure that at least one of these things is a cult classic. Let's get to it.
1. Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser: I bought this to try as a primer and it was literally like rubbing grease on my face. I tried so hard to like this, but every time I used it, I had to wash it off. It was just not great for my hyper-oily skin.
2. ELF Blush in Gotta Glow: Normally ELF blushes are pretty decent, but this was extremely chalky and didn't do a great job at highlighting. Seriously though, ELF is pretty fantastic otherwise.
3. Urban Decay Naked Skin Ultra Definition Powder Foundation: This started out ok, and I love the concept of being able to use this powder as a wet powder or dry powder. This wasn't disappointing because of quality, but more along the lines of usability. I found that this is just not something I ever reach for, and something that I don't really want to reach for.
4. It Cosmetics Your Skin but Better CC+ Cream: I tried so hard to make this work because everyone absolutely loves it. I just couldn't take it. After a few hours it literally felt like this was sliding off my face. I know a lot of people love this, but for me it just didn't work.
