First of all, I love my Christmas set up this year. It's so chill, but fun and just us. We always, always, have a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree set up. Maybe it's the Minnesotan in me, but Christmas just isn't Christmas without a little Schulz.
There's a few things I've been avoiding lately, hence the major shopping posts and lack of personal posts. The first of which is a huge announcement, which is that I'm pregnant! Hooray me! It's been an adventure thus far for sure.
I have absolutely zero plans to include a lot about baby on this blog, however, because I will end up shopping for maternity sooner rather than later, you'll probably see some items pop up now and then.
Brian and I have decided to move from Southern California back to the midwest. We're not moving back to Minnesota, but we are going to end up in the Kansas City area, which is fine with us. We need to get back to the heartland and want to be able to offer our kid the kind of opportunities I had when I was growing up. You know, the basic...hunting, fishing, camping, outdoorsy fun. You can do these in California, but I assure you it's not the same.
My Christmas shopping is done. That's right everyone! DONE. Actually, it will be done when I'm done typing this blog post and buy my nephew the Pokemon cards he like, totally needs. Apparently, there's a pre-order I need to get in on. My presents are actually wrapped, and under the tree. It's insane. This is the earliest we've ever been done. We have to be done early, cause we send almost all of them back east.
And that's about it. I thought it was time to come clean and let everyone know what I've been up to! Enjoy your Monday everyone!
