Nail Polish Change Up

Good morning all and happy Monday! Won't lie, this weekend was incredibly boring. I did a bunch of shopping (good deals on diapers here) and finished a few projects. I also skipped cleaning the house...which was both a good decision and a bad decision cause there's nothing better than a clean house. Instead of boring you with the rest of the details, I thought I'd tell you about one thing I did this weekend that was actually fun.

...I went through my nail polish collection, threw away a bunch of old colors, and went window shopping for new colors. Let's run through the wishlist.

Nail Polish Round Up

This season I'm way into neutral colors that go with anything. There are varying types of neutral's out there, not everything neutral is nude...and these are by far my favorites so far.

If you've never heard of KL Polish, you should click that link and check it out. This is the line that Kathleen Lights came out with and so far, I'm pretty impressed. Not only are the colors original but the formula is great! I really love it. Long stay power, good coverage and for about $8.50 which is right on par with OPI and Essie. I've had my eye on Zoey for a while, which I think we're going to get. Her spring line just dropped and the colors Miss Honey and Coconut Milk are fantastic for spring/summer.

Essie is coming out with their Wild Nudes collection which has some great colors but I have a few of these colors already. The one I'm really interested in is Exposed which seems like a shimmery version of OD Green which is always a favorite color of mine.

I have yet to splash out on Smith & Cult, but the one I think I need to add to my collection first is Stockholm Syndrome. Gorgeous taupey-brown gray. I've heard great things about this line, but it is a pretty penny at $18 a pop.

What colors are you thinking of for this season? Let me know in the comments below!

Linking up with B Loved Boston to tell about my weekend.
